A self motivated young man whose desire is to work with an organisation that seek to improve the welfare and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals, families and also has a passion for lecturing and instructing students in Social Casework and Disability Studies.

A Bachelor of Arts holder who majored in Social Work and minored in Sociology in the University of Ghana, Legon with a special interest in working with individuals (Social Casework). Highly reliable, assertive, hardworking and enthusiastic, extremely well developed interpersonal skills and also has the ability in learning new skills quickly.

Stephen Tikai Dombo is currently the Centre Manager of Accra Rehabilitation Centre, Ghana. Prior to this, Mr. Dombo was the programme Head for Justice Administration at the Department of Social Welfare in the Volta Region of Ghana. Besides, he is a lecturer in Social Casework and Disability Studies at the School of Social Work in Osu-Accra-Ghana.

Stephen Tikai Dombo is one of the Associate Pastors of the Fountain Gate Chapel, Ofankor – Accra.

Stephen developed interest for orphans, needy children, children with disability and needy widows as a result of his own experiences during his childhood. He has a passion to care for and support this group of individuals in deprived rural communities with the basic necessities of life.

He has eighteen (18) years work experience as a social worker working with the poor and needy families in Ghana.

Stephen as a person is gentle, sensitive to the needs of others, kind and caring.
