Paul Darko

Paul Darko was born on 25th June, 1991 to a Christian family in Obuasi, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He a self-motivated individual who pays attention to details and processes involved in achieving results. He strives for excellence in whatever he does through diligence, commitment, corrections and truth. He aspires to make change and improve lives using the limited resources available. He is a graduate from the University for Development Studies, Wa, Ghana where he studied Integrated Management Studies. Leveraging on his studies in management, Paul joined Fan Milk Limited (PLC) distributor as a store’s manager in May, 2017 in charge of stock keeping units, finance and administration. The working experience, knowledge, skills, network, helped him in managing resources, risk, sourcing supplies, tax compliance, assets management, healthy living and technological development which translated sales growth. His experience in management has propel him to set standards of performance and working with high level of awareness and adaptability. He served as a national executive board member with the Ghana Open University College an educational wing of the Growth Systems Group Limited a company in the area of education and empowering of businesses with planning, human resource through modern application of information technology. With his management expertise, Paul serve as one of the few selected African Consultants for Global Relocation Service (BV) headquarted in the Netherlands. In 2014, he was Honoured as a Hard-Working Member, an honour first of its kind in the Church of Pentecost Students Association, Wa Campus. In 2019 and 2022, he was selected among top 50 distributors (Strategic Agents) and receive a National Award for performance recognition respectively from Fan Milk PLC. Paul possess strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, business planning, research and continuous learning for improvement. Paul believes that “Whatsoever you do, do it heartily or completely as unto the Lord and not unto men” and as we join hands to help the orphans, vulnerable children, widows, physically and mentally disabled, elderly, students, patients, the poor and the population at large; we offer unto the Lord and not unto men, knowing that our reward is from the Lord.
