Ben Kwabla Adoma was born on the 22nd November, 1968 at Tefle in Volta Region, Ghana. He had his basic education studies at Presbyterian Education Complex, Tefle, and Premier Junior High School Sogakope, all in the Volta Region.

He proceeded to Sogakope Secondary School and Kwadaso Agricultural College where he had his General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level and Post Certificate in General Agriculture respectively.

He was enlisted into Ghana Prisons Service in October, 1995 as an Agricultural Instructor. In 2004, he gained admission into Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Korle Bu where he obtained Diploma in General Nursing in 2008. He was posted to Municipal Government Hospital Nsawam in 2009, where he did one year clinical rotation.

He is currently in Level 300 at Presbyterian University College, Asante Akyem Campus, Agogo, pursuing Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant.

He is married with four 4 children.
